Just to find out that my contract is not for the first 2 months free. I have sent them mails to try and find out why is it that I owe them R1 000+. I laid complaints on their MWEB Android App. I have logged multiple queries where I had no reply. I kept receiving e-mails that state I owe them money for June LTE and also now July LTE. I will not have to pay for the LTE in other words. Find the Mweb companys sales team/department contact details such as business emails, phone numbers, web address and other details. The lady whom assisted me with the sale told me that my first 2 months will be free. Then I had to give them another call just to find out I have to replace my order. My first order wasn't placed and did not hear from them for about 1.5 weeks. I am so very disappointed with MWEB LTE services! First of all when I applied I had to call them twice.
